Rocky Creek Strawberry Farm offers U-Pick for strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, with varying walking distances to each field. The farm operates with seasonal hours, generally from 10am to 5pm daily during the main season, with last entry for U-Pick at 4:30pm. In the off-season, it is open every day except Wednesdays from 11am to 4pm, with last entry at 3:30pm. No booking is required to visit.

On site, visitors will find a farm gate, a farm shop, and a cafe with a limited menu. Gift vouchers are available for purchase. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the outdoor cafe area but are not permitted in the strawberry fields due to health and safety regulations.
