Ridge Grove Olives

Ridge Grove Olives is a boutique olive grove established in early 2001, located in the southern foothills of the Strathbogie ranges in North Eastern Victoria. The farm's aim is to produce the highest quality Extra Virgin olive oil and an exclusive range of table olives. It embraces organic growing principles and is fully self-sufficient, using solar power and water collection.

The olives are grown naturally without pesticides or sprays, using only certified organic liquid seaweed fertiliser twice annually. Oil olives are hand-picked at various stages of ripeness and processed quickly, while table olives are hand-picked, washed in fresh rainwater for ten days, and then brined. In 2011, the farm's table olives won a Gold Medal and Best In Show at the Golden Olive Awards.
