Rewild Mushrooms

Rewild Mushrooms is a family-run regenerative suburban micro-farm in Karuah, Port Stephens. The farm began as a half-acre suburban block that was gradually transformed into a food forest and habitat for native wildlife. Gourmet mushrooms sit at the centre of the system, grown across indoor spaces and open-air platforms under the forest canopy. Their approach is deliberately closed-loop: forest biomass is used in mushroom substrates, and spent blocks are returned to the soil. Rewild Mushrooms offers seasonal fresh mushrooms through its online shop, with pickup and local delivery available.
