About
Redleaf Farm is a family-run livestock farm in Fitzroy Falls, Southern Highlands, owned by Sam and Katrina Sparke. The farm raises heritage breed Saddleback pigs, Highland cows, and Border Leicester X Merino sheep, alongside other animals, with a philosophy that 'You are what your food eats'. It aims to live sustainably and supply fine free-range organic produce to a discerning local market, with low stock numbers making its lamb and beef very seasonal.
The farm has received recognition for its produce, with its lamb being a state winner in the delicious Produce Awards in 2017. Its suckling pork won a Gold Medal at the National delicious Produce Awards in 2018 and was a finalist in 2023. Redleaf Farm supplies chefs and individuals interested in nose-to-tail dining.
Unique farmstay accommodation is offered, including a 1920s railway carriage for a family farm experience and an 1890s carriage described as a romantic getaway. The farm also offers glamping in a canvas bell tent for an off-grid adventure.
