About
Pigeon Hole Cafe is owned by Richard and Belinda Weston of Weston Farm Produce, providing a true paddock to plate experience. The cafe uses fresh produce grown at Weston Farm wherever possible, where organic principles and biodynamic practices are used. The menu changes constantly based on the farm's seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs, and the cafe stocks Weston Farm products like fermented chilli paste, capsicum sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
The cafe is fully licensed, serving Tasmanian wine, beer, and cider. It features handcrafted chairs made by Derwent Valley craftsman Jon Grant. Pigeon Hole Cafe has been recognised as the best cafe in Hobart by Qantas Travel Insider and was included in Good Weekend's Australia-wide Pick of the Brunch list. Bookings are not required for individuals or small groups.
