Park Nook Farm is a small-scale sustainable farm located in Christmas Hills, above the Yarra Valley. The farm operates using organic principles and regenerative practices, producing seasonal micro flowers and citrus including Eureka and Meyer lemons, organic Tahitian limes, and small quantities of specialty oranges and grapefruit. It also raises Australian Lowline cattle, chosen for their compact size and calm temperament, which are rotated through paddocks with access to shelter.

Produce is available via a self-serve honesty box at the farm gate, and the farm also participates in the monthly Yarra Valley Farmers Market at Punt Road Wines in Yering.
