Paradox Olive Grove

Paradox Olive Grove is a small family-owned grove located in the Goulburn Strathbogie Region in Victoria. The grove's 1,600 trees, planted in 2011, consist of three varieties: Picual (hints of tomato and passionfruit), Hojiblanca (hints of artichoke and walnut), and Koroneiki (hints of apple and dried mint). Their first harvest in 2016 was awarded Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Australia, and their extra virgin olive oil has consistently received medals, including Gold, Best in Class, Best in State, and Best in Show at the 2016 Australian National Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition and a Gold Medal at the 2018 RASV Australian Food Awards.

The grove grows, harvests, and produces 100% Australian extra virgin olive oil, with a flavour profile of green banana and tropical aromas, a lively fruit balance, and pleasant bitterness and pungency.
