About
Mussett Holdings is a regenerative farm down in the Southern Highlands of NSW, near Toolorook. They're doing things a bit differently there, really focusing on ethical farming and keeping things sustainable. The whole operation runs off-grid with wind and solar power, which is pretty neat. You can grab heaps of farm-fresh goods directly from their online store, like their barrel-aged honey or those jumbo, double-yolker eggs. They also have regular dozen eggs, and it looks like they grow cucumbers too when they're in season. They started this whole farm back in 2016 because they wanted to show their kids where food really comes from, and to grow fresh, nutrient-rich produce in a way that's good for the environment, the animals, and the community. If you're keen to see how it all works, you can even book a farm tour. They run school education programs too, so it sounds like they're pretty serious about getting people clued up on sustainable farming practices. It's a good spot to support if you're after some honest, ethically produced food.
