Minniribbie Farm produces 100% free-range pork from the heritage Berkshire breed for South Australia. The pigs roam freely on 225 acres of natural pastures near Coffin Bay on the Eyre Peninsula. They are raised ethically without chemicals, growth hormones, or feed additives, and the meat is preservative free. The pigs are fed a mixture of crushed wheat, peas and seasonal vegetables, and are processed on-site in licensed facilities.
The farm is open to the public Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm for direct sales of pork and smallgoods. It also features a café and an antique shop, Jindihn Antiques, making it a destination for visitors. The farm's free-range pork has been featured on the Channel Seven show 'Mecurio's Menu' and is served at the Oysterbeds Restaurant in Coffin Bay.
