Millstream Meadows focuses on ethically-raised local meat from the Atherton Tablelands. All meat is sourced from animals raised on pasture with high ethical standards, opposing factory farming, and the business supports local small-scale Atherton Tablelands farmers. They provide transparency regarding any treatments animals have received.

Their range includes grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork and lamb, wild-caught seafood, raw untreated honey, pasture-raised eggs, and local coffee and condiments. They aim to reconnect North Queensland communities with their food and promote sustainable stewardship, valuing ecology, food security, and connection.

Orders are delivered directly to the customer's door, with free delivery for orders over $300. Customers receive a text message the day before delivery with a delivery window.
