Maison Renoux in Stanley produces handcrafted vinegars, including Michel Renoux's Stanley Apple Cider Vinegar. The vinegar's roots are in the wild Atlantic West Coast of Brittany, where Michel Renoux grew up in the cider country village of Saint-Sulpice-la-Foret. For him, making cider is a way of life, a craft influenced by his mother who was a chef.
The business offers five special handcrafted vinegars. Michel Renoux is also a keen gardener, cultivating more than 150 varieties of viburnums.
