McGlashan's Wallington Estate is a winery on the Bellarine Peninsula, cultivating cool climate wines in sandy loam atop buckshot clay. Winemaker Robin Brocket ages the wines in French Oak for twelve months before bottling, producing an award-winning selection of Sparkling, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Rosé, Pinot Noir, and Shiraz. These can be tasted and purchased at the cellar door or ordered online for home delivery.

The estate also features Farmdog Brewing on-site, where boutique gin and craft beer are produced. Visitors can enjoy wines, beer, and gin at the cellar door along with lunch. Luxury accommodation is offered, including newly opened Luxury Eco Villas where guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine.
