Manna Hill Estate produces premium Australian biodynamic, organic and regenerative extra virgin olive oil alongside hand made soaps and skincare. The farm focuses on nurturing the land and health, with products described by customers as 'the real deal', gentle on the skin and free of chemicals and additives.

Campbell Mercer is the person behind the operation, described as a real organic farmer who practices what he preaches, running the farm as organically as possible. The estate utilises thinnings from its agroforestry plot and engages with fellow Central Victorian regenerative farmers.
