Macintyre Brook Lamb

Macintyre Brook Lamb is a family-run operation on the Bellhaven Brook property along the Macintyre Brook in the Darling Downs. The farm focuses on soil regeneration through regenerative agriculture, limiting chemical use, encouraging biodiversity with diverse plants, and using livestock to cycle nutrients. Their lambs are born and raised on the property, grazing alongside their mothers in diverse pastures and are moved regularly.

The flock is based on the Australian White breed, known for its eating quality and intramuscular marbling. The sheep are purely grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic free, and are handled with respect to minimise stress. Lamb is available for delivery across Australia, cryovaced, labelled and boxed, with a current lead time of approximately 3-4 weeks.
