Lilydale Farms is a small family-run farm on 150 acres in the Lockyer Valley, a region known nationally for high-quality produce. Owner Ryan Folkard developed his passion for farming on his grandfather's farm in Mungindi and holds a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science and Rural Management from the University of Queensland.

The farm specialises in premium hay, including beardless barley hay for horses supplied in small rectangular or large round bales. They also produce prime silage hay for livestock, carefully harvested and wrapped in big round bales, and a variety of grassy hay for supplementary feeding of sheep. All baled hay is stored in a fully enclosed shed on a concrete floor to maintain colour and quality. The farm welcomes visitors by appointment and offers delivery for bulk orders of a semi-trailer load or more.
