Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm is a working lavender farm and historic property located in Daylesford, Victoria, offering a slice of Swiss Italian countryside. It has been sharing its gardens, lavender paddocks and old stone buildings with visitors for over 30 years. The farm is open seven days a week, from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on weekends.

Visitors can explore ancient olive groves, rows of lavender, and meet animals including alpacas, Highland cows and guinea fowl. The property features hand-built stone barns and European-style buildings reflecting the influence of early Swiss Italian settlers. The farm store sells products grown, harvested and crafted on-site, such as lavender essential oils, soaps, jams, honeys and botanical skincare. Dining options include Maria's Trattoria for European-inspired meals and Tinetti's Dairy Barn & Wine Shoppe for wines and grazing plates. Pre-booked picnic baskets and a deli with preserves and baked goods are also available.
