Koala Cherries began in 1944 when Reginald and Mary Rouget planted the first orchard in Victoria's Yarra Valley. The family-owned orchard has been operated by four generations since, growing premium cherries. The farm gate at Yarck is open seven days a week from 9am to 5pm during the cherry season, which typically runs from November to December.

Visitors can pick their own cherries or purchase them, along with cherry ice-cream and other cherry products, from the farm shop. The business also offers online home delivery.
