K and D Family Farm specialises in soil-based microgreens and salad vegetables, grown without chemicals or sprays. The produce is hand-picked daily using regenerative and minimal till practices at their property in Gardners Bay, between the Huon Valley and the Channel Region.
They supply restaurants, wholesale customers and offer weekly vegetable boxes through CSA orders throughout Southern Tasmania. Their fresh produce is noted for its excellent shelf life.
