The dairy produces award-winning homogenised and unhomogenised milk, available in retail and bulk sizes, including 1 litre, 2 litre, and 10 litre bulk bladders. They also offer award-winning cream, which contains no fillers or thickeners, in both retail and bulk formats. Further products include pot-set, award-winning natural Greek yogurt in retail size, and pure, churned, natural unsalted butter, also available in retail and bulk sizes.

Products from Inglenook Dairy are available at select retailers, through their farm gate, via their online shop, and for delivery. Wholesale options are offered for retailers, cafes, and restaurants. The dairy previously provided interactive tours where visitors could learn about the industry, hand-rear calves, milk cows, and observe milk processing; however, these dairy tours are temporarily unavailable. Inglenook Dairy encourages customers to support the sustainability of the dairy industry by purchasing their products. Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm.
