Humblebee Farm is a family-owned and operated mixed livestock farm located among the rolling hills of New England NSW. The farm raises sheep, cattle, pigs and egg layers, focusing on pasture management and implementing regenerative grazing principles. Animals are regularly rotated around 30+ paddocks on the farm to ensure access to fresh grass daily, following a 'pasture-raised, pasture-finished' approach. The farm's practices exclude cover crops, pesticides, synthetic fertilisers and tilling.

The farm is committed to producing quality farm-to-table produce and aims to educate the community about regenerative agriculture and nutrient-dense, real food. It provides regular meat and egg deliveries to bring the farmer back to the kitchen table. The farm does not have an online store but notifies a list of friends when products are available. It is steadily working on establishing an on-site cafe and farm-gate.
