Hum Honey is a family-run award-winning boutique honey producer based at Peachester in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, operating for over fifteen years. The founder, known as 'Bee Girl', uses only organic, natural beekeeping methods, avoiding chemicals, pesticides, and antibiotics. The bees free-range on subtropical rainforest and open forest hardwoods to produce pure, raw honey.
The business offers a 'Cold Fusion' range of honey infused with organic ingredients such as turmeric, finger lime, black garlic, and chilli. Hum Honey supports local artisans, including Lawrence from De la Mare Glass who creates their handcrafted glass honey drizzlers. They have participated in local events like The Ginger Factory Tasting Day and The Real Food Festival.
