About
Holbrook Paddock Eggs is a family-owned and operated poultry farm run by Sam and Prue Pincott and their four daughters. The farm produces grass-fed free-range eggs from Bond brown hens that roam the paddocks freely. Their stocking density is 40 hens per hectare, far lower than the industry standard of 10,000, and they hold PROOF certification for their free-range, pastured practices. The farm uses no hormones or antibiotics, and the portable sheds where hens lay and roost are moved weekly. Eight Maremma dogs live with the flock to provide protection from predators.
The eggs are known for their vibrant yellow-orange yolks. The farm is on CHOICE's list of brands that meet the recommended model code of 1,500 hens per hectare, in contrast to the 2017 government standard. They encourage consumers to use the CluckAR app for unbiased information on free-range egg brands.

Free Range Eggs
Eggs
Grass fed free range hens. Our grass fed Bond brown hens enjoy the true meaning of free range, as they are free to roam the paddocks as they please. Compared to the industry standard of 10,000 hens/hectare our stocking density is just 40 hens/hectare. The benefit of allowing the hens this freedom is a premium quality egg. No hormones or antibiotics are used and with vibrant yellow/orange yolks our eggs are as natural as you can get.
