Hillside Food Forest is a regenerative farm that raises chickens, pigs, and cattle using chemical-free methods that go beyond organic standards. The farm does not use sprays, vaccinations, wormers, antibiotics, or hormones. Their pasture-raised chickens are fed a non-medicated, corn-free, low soy diet, while their pork comes from the critically rare heritage Tamworth pig breed, a practice which earned a nomination for the Delicious. The farm offers a diverse range of products including pasture-raised chicken, heritage pork, grass-fed beef, bone broth, pet treats, and skincare products. They deliver nutrient-dense food across Australia weekly to nearly 10,000 suburbs, with orders shipped in a thermally lined box. Customers can also pick up orders from their stall at the Carriageworks Farmers Market every Saturday.
