About
Hattam Farm is a family owned and operated mixed farm located in the Stroud Valley, near the Barrington Tops. Established over 40 years ago by Ron and Lyn Hattam, it is now run by the next generation. Brother and sister Clayton and Emily returned to Stroud to continue the farming traditions, managing daily operations with their partners, Karla and Patrick. Ron and Lyn and their grandchildren remain actively involved in the farm's daily activities.
The farm raises laying hens and cattle across generous pastures where animals roam freely. It produces high quality eggs, beef and cattle. Product lines include Alderley Creek free-range eggs, Cornucopia pastured eggs, Clayhill beef from selectively bred Simmental Angus cattle, and cattle from the Clayhill Stud which specialises in Angus and Black Simmental breeds.
