Harcourt Perry & Cider Makers began in 1991 when Simon and Victoria Frost opened The Little Red Apple, a roadside shop focusing on locally grown apples and pears. In the late 1990s, they purchased White Gum Apples, adding vinegars to their range. The cider-making venture was established in 2013, successfully launching apple cider, pear cider and sparkling apple juice, and later adding a dry cider.

The business uses 100% Australian grown apples and pears from the Harcourt region, which has a fruit-growing history spanning over 150 years. Production involves old-fashioned cold pressing with minimal intervention and preservatives. Their apple cider won 'Best in Show' at the Royal Adelaide Beer & Cider Awards in 2019, among other awards.

Their outlet store, The Little Red Apple, offers their full product range and fresh produce. They provide pick-up and delivery services for orders placed by phone or email.
