Hampton Poll Herefords operates Adelaide Hills Pasturefed Beef, a small-scale, sustainable and ethical farm run by Tom & Kate Hampton. The 43-hectare property is located at Harrogate in the Adelaide Hills, where the cattle, principally calm Poll Herefords, are raised. The beef is 100% pasture fed and finished, and is produced without hormones or antibiotics.

The beef is seasonally produced, generally available during late Spring and early Summer. Pasture fed beef is lower in overall and saturated fat compared to grain fed beef, and typically has twice as many omega-3 fats. It is also up to four times higher in vitamin E and 30-40% higher in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).
