Greenhill Farm is a 1100-acre multi-generational family farm near Bungendore, NSW, with views of Lake George from its hilltops. The farm is fully certified organic and biodynamic, producing premium organic grass-fed beef and seasonal vegetables. Their practices prioritise animal welfare, soil health and regenerative techniques, including rotating cattle to mirror natural grazing cycles and planting thousands of native trees for biodiversity. They use unique biodynamic preparations to create humus-rich soil and do not use artificial chemicals, fertilisers or GMOs. Their beef is completely grass-fed and finished, dry-aged for two weeks, and all produce is grown to Bio-Dynamic Research Institute standards.
