The Granite Belt Christmas Farm was established in 2017 on a 20-acre property in Stanthorpe, founded by Evelyn's mother and her husband Brad. They converted their land to grow real Christmas trees, with Brad tending them for 10 months of the year, and transformed an old apple shed into a boutique Christmas shop. The shop features spectacular Christmas décor sourced from around the world.

The farm is open year-round and offers a family-friendly experience where visitors can choose and cut their own Christmas tree. Guests can also see and pat animals including reindeer, donkeys, turkeys, and sheep. An alfresco cafe serves food, hot chocolates, and other drinks. The farm hosts special events like 'Christmas in July' with a two-course luncheon, where guests can bring their own wine or beer. The surrounding area features approximately 45 cellar doors and brewhouses.
