Gillens Creek Garden is a small family-run farm in Alloway, just outside Bundaberg. The farm grows spray-free wheat, mills it fresh in small batches for stone-milled flour, and grows Australian native cut flowers suited to the local climate and soil.

Everything produced by the farm is grown on site, with a focus on quality, local production and long-term care for the land. Alongside flour and native flowers, Gillens Creek Garden has hosted public open-day tours, pick-your-own wildflower sessions and floral-arranging workshops.
