Gardners Bay Farm

Gardners Bay Farm is a regenerative market garden located in Gardners Bay, Tasmania's Huon Valley. The farm focuses on regenerative practices, soil health strategies, and sustainable crop rotations to build resilient systems and grow nutrient-dense, spray-free vegetables and fruit.

The farm supplies fresh produce to local restaurants and community members through seasonal veggie boxes. It also offers seasonal farm feasts that showcase produce harvested at peak ripeness, celebrating the harvest and highlighting seasonal flavours while providing an opportunity to learn about their regenerative approach. Workshops on topics like Korean Natural Farming and composting are hosted on the farm, which is committed to fostering healthy ecosystems and promoting regenerative agriculture in the region. The farm acknowledges the Palawa people as the Traditional Owners of Lutruwita. Visitors can visit by appointment only.
