About
Fernances Creek Farm is a horse breeding farm located in the lower Hunter Valley near Wollombi, approximately one hour north-west of Sydney. The property breeds Haflinger horses, a European breed known for their kind nature and versatility, and offers stallion services from fully classified stallions. Haflinger fillies and geldings are available for sale throughout the year.
The farm provides a full cross country training course and a show jumping arena, with facilities available for hire by instructors, clubs or individuals. It hosts a range of equestrian events throughout the year, including an annual Jump in the Vines event. Accommodation is offered in the private Back Forty Solar Cottage, which sleeps 4-6 guests, and amenities for campers are provided.
In addition to equestrian activities, the farm produces 'Old Stone Wall' wine from grapes grown on the property. A Haflinger saddlepad is available for purchase via their online shop.
