About
Dandarriga Farms is a fifth-generation family farm producing grass-fed beef. Their cattle are born and bred on the farm, are lifetime traceable, and are raised without hormones or antibiotics. All practices, from soil management to processing, are centred on animal care, with a focus on minimising stress to ensure quality.
The farm sells directly to customers, offering standard beef cuts in 20kg packs and customisable 40kg quarter packs. Bones and offal are available on request for the larger packs, and cryovac packaging is an option for an additional cost. They deliver to Toowoomba, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, and provide recipes on their website.

An eighth pack (approx. 20kg) includes approximately 30-40% steaks (eg rump, fillets, T-bone), 20-30% roasts (topside, rib), and 30-40% mince and sausages. These packs are cryovac'd.

Order cuts to suit your meal plans. A mixed fore/hind quarter animal yields about 40kg of meat. Approximately 30-40% steaks, 30-40% mince/sausages/steakettes, and 20-30% roasts/ribs. Bones and offal are available if requested and are complimentary.
