Compass Farm is a 20-acre social enterprise located in the hills of Hunchy, established in 2011. It provides a safe and meaningful vocational experience for young people with disabilities, referred to as Trainees, through tailored activities and training programs.

Trainees participate in farming and harvesting organic produce, animal therapy with a range of animals, and creative activities in the Farm Art hub. The farm also features a dedicated woodworking workshop and a commercial Harvest Kitchen where Trainees learn food preparation and produce items for sale.

Tours of the farm can be arranged by appointment, and visitors will be greeted by Trainees. Compass Inc. is a registered NDIS provider.
