About
Charlton Harvest is a family-owned farm in the Hunter Valley, NSW, operating for over 100 years. The farm and its cattle are Certified Organic and Biodynamic, with beef born, raised and finished on grass. They practice regenerative farming to improve land health.
The farm sells organically grown beef in bulk packs, including Quarter, Half and Whole options, as well as organically grown lamb from their 'Coogah' farm. Offal and bones are also available with beef orders. Each cut is labelled and vacuum-packed, and their sausages are gluten-free. Delivery to NSW, QLD and ACT is included in the price for bulk beef packs, though delivery may take up to 30 days. Orders are placed by filling out an order form and emailing it.
