Chambers Flat Strawberry Farm is a family-owned and operated business, with the current owners being 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation strawberry growers. The family's connection to strawberries began in 1959 when their great grandparents grew fruit for Cottees Jams. Laura and Pieter first opened for roadside sales in the year 2000.

The farm shop is open every day until Christmas Eve from 9am to 4pm, offering farm fresh packed strawberries and freshly churned strawberry ice cream made on-site with their own strawberries and vanilla ice cream. Pick Your Own strawberries is finished for the current season. The shop is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day, but is open between Boxing Day and New Year's Eve. During the off-season, the shop may occasionally close due to weather.
