About
Cambus Glen is a 170-acre farm near Framlingham in South-West Victoria, owned and managed by Lesley Harris and Hugo Howse. The former engineers focus on regenerative, low-input farming practices, with their enterprise built around a fold of purebred Highland cattle registered with the Australian Highland Cattle Society. They aim to breed structurally correct, functional animals for sale, showing, and beef.
The cattle are 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, producing beef recognised for being lean, well marbled and tender. This Highland beef is sold at local farmers' markets and online. The farm occasionally has registered cattle for sale and hides are available upon request. The property features 3km of Hopkins River frontage and offers on-farm accommodation. It is located a 30-minute drive from the south-west Victorian coast.
