About
Brooklands Free Range Farms is a small, family-owned regenerative farming operation located near Daylesford in Central Victoria. The farm raises heritage breeds, including British White Cattle for grass-fed beef, Berkshire pigs for darker, more flavoursome pork, and endangered Finn Sheep primarily for their lustrous wool.
The farm's regenerative practices focus on soil health, using pigs to aerate and fertilise paddocks, eliminating the need for artificial fertiliser. This method emphasises the connection between healthy soil, plants, animals and human health. Owner Natalie Hardy also creates a natural skincare range, Rub-A-Dub, using farm-grown ingredients.
Brooklands Free Range Farms has been recognised with awards, including a Delicious State Winner in 2021. Their pork, beef, wool and skincare products are available via their online store, farm gate and at farmers markets.
