Bridestowe Estate was established in 1922 and has been proudly Tasmanian grown, harvested and distilled for over 100 years. The estate uses an ancient, tried-and-true method of distillation to produce what it describes as the world's purest lavender oil. It also grows, harvests, and distills its own Kunzea oil.

The farm produces a range of goods including a tisane-style tea using only lavender flowers from the estate and Lavender Flower Honey with minimal processing and no added ingredients. The estate offers tours and experiences, has an on-site shop and café, and entry is free. The Festival of Flowers occurs in December and January.
