Belvedere Farm

Down on Bullcamp Road in South Burnett, you'll find Belvedere Farm, run by Nick, Brydie, and Harlan Holliday. They're all about good food, looking after the land, and building up the local community. These folks are doing things regeneratively, raising grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork and eggs. It's clear they put a lot of care into their animals and the country they live on, which is Unceded Wakka Wakka Country. You can grab their produce a few different ways. They've got an online shop where you can order for collection in West End and Nambour, or if you're making a bigger order, they'll even do home delivery to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. They also run a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) collective. That's a great way to get a regular supply of their meat and eggs and really connect with where your food comes from. If you're keen to support a farm that's focused on ethical practices and getting fresh, local food onto people's plates, Belvedere Farm is definitely worth checking out.
