Basilea Living Herbs

Basilea Living Herbs is a peri-urban culinary herb farm and wholesale nursery located in the City of Moreton Bay. The farm is tended to by Culinary Herb Educator, Sarah Heath, and is a family operation focused on small-scale, sustainable, ethical food production. They utilise a closed-loop, hydroponic system and spray-free methods to grow their produce and are pioneers of a 'no-waste' system.

Basilea supplies wholesale direct to food service, providing chefs across the City of Moreton Bay, Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast with fresh living herbs, gourmet greens, and edible flowers. All products are grown spray-free and delivered weekly directly from the farm. The business aims to enhance the flavour and aesthetics of menus throughout the Greater Southeast Queensland Region. Basilea also offers farm tours and Sarah's 'Herbs at Home' workshop series for education, and supports its local food network.
