The business implements a 'paddock to the plate' concept, breeding and gently raising its own line of Limousin cross cattle and being responsible for the entire butchering and packing process. Their aim is to provide fresh-from-the-farm, top quality meat at affordable prices.

Products are available for purchase online with options for home delivery or collection from the farm gate. The property also offers a rustic farm stay cottage called 'The Barn', built to honour the family's history at Erinvale using timber from the original Homestead. The cottage features a claw foot bath, a king size bed and a fireplace.
