Located in Elizabeth Town, Northern Tasmania, its dairy herds graze on natural ryegrass pastures in a fertile, cool-climate environment. The business sources premium fresh milk from local family-owned farms and processes it on-site, with a short journey from pasture to production preserving freshness. Master cheesemakers use traditional techniques like hand-pressing, cloth-binding, and careful ageing to produce award-winning milk, cheese, cream, and butter. Ashgrove Cheese was a winner of the 2025 Tasmanian Community Achievement Award.
