Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm is a family-owned business located in Hanging Rock, NSW. For decades, the farm has raised rainbow trout, known for its pristine water and premium quality. Its products have been recognised with multiple gold and silver medals, including a Champion Trout Product award.
The on-site Nundle Smokehouse creates an artisan range of smoked meats, including beef biltong, venison biltong, drywors, and smoked poultry. Visitors can also dine at The Drunken Trout Café, which offers outdoor garden seating in summer and a cosy fireside table in winter. Lunch on Sunday requires a booking.
