About
Agia Skepi is a boutique family farm in the Chittering Valley, Western Australia. It operates on organic and biodynamic principles with a spray-free philosophy.
The farm offers a wide range of seasonal produce. This includes raw honey from bees that forage in spray-free olive and citrus groves and native jarrah and marri forest. Its olive groves, benefiting from the local Mediterranean climate and red clay soil, produce olives that are cold-pressed into a fruity extra virgin oil. Seasonal citrus includes Imperial and Emperor mandarins and Valencia and Navel oranges. The main wine grape is the rare Italian Barberas, alongside table grape varieties.
Agia Skepi breeds heritage chickens, rainbow layers, turkeys, ducks, guinea fowl, geese and peacocks. Fertile hatching eggs can be collected from the farm or posted. The farm also produces skincare products using its own olive oil, honey and wax. Dried herbs such as sage, rosemary and lavender are available year-round. Family-focused farm tours are offered, typically in winter and spring.
