32 Acres is a family-owned and operated business in the Yarra Valley, providing a true paddock-to-plate experience. Founded in 2016 by Georgia Dawson and Mark Boyle with their sons, the farm focuses on quality and value, embracing core values of integrity, respect, stewardship, and authenticity. Their basic aim is to create an environment that produces world-class beef while caring for the wellbeing of cattle, land, people, and customers.
The cattle are all bred and raised on the farm in the Yarra Valley, within 50 kilometres of the Melbourne CBD. The herd consists of Black Angus, Wagyu (F1), and Charolais breeds. They employ best methods in animal husbandry, ensuring a calm and healthy environment, and calves are kept with their mothers to allow natural weaning. Their grass-fed beef comes directly from their paddocks without the use of feedlots, and their signature premium beef is dry aged for 28 days in cabinets imported from Germany. They also offer 'chef's cuts' such as hanger, bavette, flat iron, skirt, and oyster blade.
Customers can purchase produce through their online store, their butchers and farm shop in Woori Yallock, or at farmers markets across Melbourne. 32 Acres respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri people as the traditional owners of the land.
